What is Mesho’s Return & Exchange Policy?

Mesho offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policyfor only those who buy product that cost more than Rs.2000/- . If your customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our email:offshopbob@gmsil.com

However, there are afew basic rules to be eligible:

Product has to be in original & unused state
Request has to be raised within 7 days of delivery
We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order
NOTE: We do not offer returns on bulk orders
